International Featured Standards – Food is the German-French equivalent of the BRC in the field of food safety certification. This standard is intended as a uniform inspection of the safety of foodstuff and the quality level of the manufacturers. It is applied at all production levels which are in any way connected to foodstuff manufacturing and food safety.



Objective 

The objective of the ‘IFS International Featured Standards – Food version 6’ training is to offer background information, clarification and practical tips in respect of setting up, implementing and maintaining the ‘IFS’ food safety system..



Morning Session 

Background of the IFS standard and clarification and interpretation of the various elements of the standard.



Afternoon Session

The practical application of elements of the IFS standard in your operations and working out a case.



Test

Every participant receives a syllabus. The training is concluded with a brief test. Subject to a satisfactory result, the course participant receives a personalised FoodCampus Certificate ‘Standards in Food: IFS International Featured Standards – Food’.
